ID.me is an online identity network that verifies your status for NYDJ so you can obtain your discount.

Once you create an ID.me account, simply log in at checkout to redeem your discount at NYDJ.com. ID.me maintains your credentials in one place, so you can easily take advantage of discounts.

How do I access my discount?

To set up an ID.me account, go to ID.me. Once you have your ID.me account set up, add the items you’d like to purchase from NYDJ.com to your shopping bag. Once you have all items added to your shopping bag, select “View Bag.” Once in the shopping bag, select “Frontline Friends” and log in with your ID.me account information. Once logged in, qualifying items will reflect the discounted price.

How is my personal data protected?

Your privacy is important to NYDJ and ID.me. The ID.me program promises to not share your information. Privacy is built into the ID.me platform, and your data is not shared or sold to anyone. You may also delete your ID.me account at any time.

Why don’t I see my discount?

When logged in to your ID.me Wallet on NYDJ.com, only applicable items will appear with the discounted pricing. Discounted products are subject to availability. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. NYDJ reserves the right to change or remove an item from the ID.me promotion at any time, without prior notice.

Can I share my discount with non-eligible friends when I use ID.me?

No. This program is for personal use, and only eligible users may access the discount.

What if I have issues with my ID.me account?

Please submit a request to the ID.me member support team if you have questions about your eligibility or difficulty accessing your account. They’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via ID.me.
